Can I get a custom bracelet with materials I request?
Absolutely! You can choose the “custom bracelet” option in our shop and request the stones you want.

What materials are your bracelets made of?
All of our bracelets are made with as many natural materials as possible: semi-precious stones and wood. The hardware is topically a metal alloy, hematite or stainless steel.

We try to source our materials from independent Canadian suppliers to keep costs down for you.

Do the bracelet stretch?
Absolutely the do! All of the bracelets are strung with strong elastic string and double knotted.

Help – my bracelet broke! What do I do?
Since these are stretch bracelets, they will break at some point. If you can, collect as many of the beads as possible. Then, you can either restring them or mail them back to KBK and we can restring the bracelet for you. Missing a couple of beads? No sweat – we usually have some extra in stock and can replace the beads.

Can you resize my bracelet?
Absolutely. Just take your wrist measurement before you order, and leave an order note for us with your measurement, in inches.

Where do you ship?
Right now, we only ship to Canada.

How many of each bracelet do you make?
Although we may use some of the same combinations of stones, each bracelet is created with uniqueness in mind. Your bracelet will always be one of a kind.

How should I care for my bracelet?
It’s best not to stretch your bracelet out unless taking it on and off. These are natural stone, so the they may break if crushed or dropped. Also, it’s recommended, as with most jewelry, not to wear them in the shower or coat it with perfumes and lotions. And you also shouldn’t wear them in the swimming pool as the chemicals can make the polish on the stones rougher than it should be, as well as wreck the elastic.

Should I cleanse my bracelets?
Absolutely! As with any crystal, it absorbs energy and should be cleansed under a full moon, or with smoke from incense.
